CEO Jeremy Ostermiller recently joined fellow industry pros Jeffrey Finch (Co-Founder, Choozle) and Jeremy Straight (SVP Strategic Partnerships, SpotX) at the Colorado Tech Association Ad Tech Industry Briefing in Downtown Denver.

As we go into Q4 and 2016 sits just around the corner, we are seeing the ad tech sector boom like never before. Innovations in mobile, OTT devices, programmatic TV and radio, scalable data modeling and cross-channel attribution were at the heart of the briefing. Industry challenges, including ad blocking, viewability and fraud were also hot topics of discussion.

Overall, the consensus was that personalization is driving ad tech innovation, and the companies that provide the ability to target the right people, at the right time, and deliver results will thrive as new mediums emerge. They must be flexible and looking years into the future when building their business models. Also, data is everything, which is why we are seeing some of the most high-profile acquisitions occurring in the area. Companies not building their own data solutions or partnering with those that are will be left behind.
